Finca Casa de Piedra is one of two Costa Rica coffee farms operated by Cafe Directo, a family business founded in 2013 by Father and daughter team, Gerardo and Jennifer Arias.

The farm is dedicated to the production, processing, and marketing of the finest Costa Rica coffee from Tarrazú in harmony with the environment.

Nurturing the Costa Rican coffee tradition, Finca Casa de Piedra is one of two farms managed by Café Directo, a family venture initiated in 2013 by the father-daughter duo of Gerardo and Jennifer Arias. This farm is a dedicated hub for producing, processing, and promoting the finest Tarrazú coffees from Costa Rica, all while upholding a commitment to environmental harmony. Café Directo's core vision revolves around fostering societal development through ethical and fair trade practices.

With a combined experience of over three decades, the founders are well-versed in the art of producing and processing specialtiy micro-lot coffees. They master a diverse range of techniques, including naturals, yellow, red, and black honey, anaerobic, semi-washed, and fully washed processes. Their estate benefits from unique conditions, from the micro-climate to soil composition, and elevations reaching up to 1,800 meters above sea level. These factors create the ideal environment for a rich variety of coffee types to thrive, including Catuai, Pacamara, and Gesha, ensuring a symphony of flavors in every cup.
