Delivery & Returns


Free Delivery

Free delivery is within the UK only and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You must have spent £20 after any discounts are applied in order to qualify. This offer does not apply to gift subscriptions.

Roast to order

We want the coffee to arrive with you as fresh as possible. With that in mind, we process our orders every morning, at 6am, and make up our daily roast schedule accordingly.

KOTA Coffee lead times

Your coffee order will be roasted and despatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), if you order after 6am on Friday then we will process your order on the following Monday.

Shipping lead times
  • Royal Mail 24: 1-2 days delivery aim
  • Royal Mail 48: 2-3 days delivery aim
  • Parcel Force: Next Working day delivery (Mon to Fri only)

Items will be posted to the shipping address provided during the checkout process.

Delivery Charges

Roasted coffee shipping charges

Parcels up to 4 kg will be sent via Royal Mail and the price will be calculated during checkout.

Parcels over 4 kg are sometimes sent via Parcel Force. (Contact us if you require confirmation)

Coffee Equipment

Postage and packaging will be quoted at time of order.

Free Samples

On occasion we may include a free sample from one of our friends in your delivery as a little present. The free samples are often food and may contain certain allergens. Please let us know by adding a note to your order if you do not wish to receive free samples.


It's ok to change your mind

If you no longer want your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will need to pay for and arrange return of the goods. Refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect condition, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.

We can't be held responsible for any transit problems on goods coming back to us, so it's a good idea to require proof of delivery for any returned orders.

Damaged or Incorrect orders

If your order is incorrect or damaged then KOTA Coffee Co. Ltd will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods.
