Overview
Overview
We love this Mexican coffee for it's comforting but complex cup, the native Pluma Hidalgo variety brings exceptional flavours with plums, rich chocolate and a hint of spice. Roasted OMNI it's versatile for espresso and filter too.
Union San Pedro represents around 180 Mexican coffee producing families and is coordinated by Salomon Garcia.
Salomon is originally from Xanica, one of the eight communities of San Pedro and he helped to establish the union back in the early 2000’s.
Along with the original leadership group, Salomon went on to found UNTAO to support the production of San Pedro as the union grew. UNTAO (Unión Nacional de Trabajadores Agrícolas Oaxaqueños) is the co-operative owned exporter and dry mill where this Mexican coffee is milled in Oaxaca city.

The KOTA Difference
At KOTA Coffee, we believe in the power of connection. Every cup we roast tells a story - of the farmers who nurtured the beans, the roasters who coaxed out their flavour, and the moments of shared joy they inspire. We're passionate about bringing people together, one brew at a time, and we're excited to extend that connection to you.
